Each resident at the Cooper Square Residence receives access to an in-unit bathroom and kitchenette, regular twin-size bed, desk with chair, armoires and a dresser so you’re ready to go from day one. Coming with friends? Reserve a unit and not only will you all have fun living together, you’ll save money together, too.

A single-person living space, within a unit shared by two to four other people. This room is furnished with a regular lofted twin-size bed, a dresser, an armoire, and a desk with chair. The room features access to an in-unit bathroom and a kitchenette complete with a stove top, small refrigerator and microwave. There is also cable hook-up (TV must have a built-in QAM). Please note, although this room is for one occupant, there may be extra furniture in the room that can be used for extra storage. Rate is per person, and for the entire semester. A double (two-person) occupancy living space, within a unit shared by three to four other people. Each resident receives a regular lofted twin-size bed, a dresser, an armoire, and a desk with chair. Coming to NYC with friends? Book a unit and each person saves $200. Full units will hold three, four or five residents per unit and feature a combination of single and double rooms (please see above for descriptions). Each resident receives a regular lofted twin-size bed, a dresser, an armoire, and a desk with chair.
